Step 1: Select a gift from our selections of gift boxes
  • Find your ideal gift box and Select ‘Add to Cart’.
Step 2: Cart & Checkout
  • Upon Cart, you can review your gift box, then you can proceed to the next step.
  • Upon checkout,  Fill in the billing & shipping details. Make it special and add a special message to be sent in the gift box.
Step 3: Payment 
  • You will be redirected to Payfast Secure Payment Portal.  Enter your Credit Card details and then click on ‘Pay Now’ to confirm your order!

Gift Box Order Confirmation
  • Once your order has been processed via Payfast Payment portal, you will receive a confirmation email of your order.
Order Status Updates
  • "Order Processed" - Means we have received your order.
  • "Order Shipped" - Your gift has left the building, we will send you a note on your order with a Tracking Waybill number.
  • "Order Completed" - Recipient has received your gift,.
Order Tracking. 
  • Open Shipping and Delivery, Click on "Track your gift"

Gift boxes delivery 
You’re Welcome Gift Boxes tries to adhere to your delivery times, however, we can’t always guarantee a specific time. Sometimes it is possible that the parcel will be delivered before the scheduled time.

Gift boxes policy

We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction. We know it is not always possible but on the rare occasion that we do have a return we do our best to assist.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product/s to us and we will replace it or give you a credit subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from You’re Welcome.

Gift boxes lead time
Once your order is processed, It will dispatched as soon as practically possible. We understand that we need to get it delivered to someone special and time is the most valuable commodity in this modern world. Standard Delivery takes between 5 - 10 Days, this is subject to availability of products.

Special gift boxes requests
We can accommodate special requests, as long as it is 14 days prior to the date you would like a gift to be delivered. You can send a email your special request to: giftdesign@yourewelcome.co.za
